Check List
1. How to get to the venue, Omni Atlanta
Please refer to our page, https://stepup.ksea.org/venue/travel. Should you want to take the subway to the Omni Hotel from the Atlanta airport, please notice that the subway MARTA's Airport station is currently closed and you will need to take a shuttle to the College Park station (1 stop).
Rideshare (Uber or Lyft): If you requested us to arrange rideshare for you through the Google Form, you will receive another email tonight, Thursday, that will help you find other participants who you can share a ride to/from the hotel with.
Parking: If you drive and park at the hotel, our negotiated rate until 2PM next day is $51 including tax (after about 20% discount, multiple in & out). Please be informed that the hotel parking is valet parking only.
2. Hotel check-in
If you selected the hotel accommodation during your reservation, please go to the hotel check-in and show your photo ID upon arrival. Some of you received a confirmation email from the hotel and others didn't. For those who didn't, we will send you an email with a confirmation number. If you still have a concern, please send us an email at stepup@ksea.org.
The room and applicable taxes for your room will be charged to the STEP-UP master account, but you still need to give your credit card to the receptionist for incidental expenses.
3. Conference venue

For the name and location of each session including places for Friday and Sunday networking dinners, please refer to our program page, https://stepup.ksea.org/program.
4. Conference check-in and name tag pick-up
You can pick up your name tag at the networking venue on Friday evening (6:00pm ~ 10:00 pm) or at the STEP-UP reception desk (International ABC North Tower M2) on Saturday (8:30 am ~ 7:00 pm).
5. Your meals
The Committee provides attendees with buffet lunches on Saturday and Sunday and a banquet (plated dinner) on Saturday at no additional cost to you, but only if you selected one or more meals during your registration.
To provide you with the meal you like, we collected additional information from you and tried hard to match your 1st or 2nd choices. You will find them from your name tag, but please let us know if you really need to change the appetizer and/or main dish (stake, sea bass, or chicken) by Saturday noon.
Should your plan for any of the five meals change, please let us know immediately so that we can take appropriate actions. We will appreciate it.
If you didn't select (pay for) the Friday or Sunday networking dinners at the Centennial Lounge on the 15th floor but want to join us, you can buy a ticket from the STEP-UP reception desk ($40 per person), but it is not guaranteed due to the meal we ordered.
6. Program
Please refer to our program page, https://stepup.ksea.org/program. The page is almost final, but we will update the page if there is any change for any reason.
7. Other
Your travel support is up to $100 depending on the distance from your home to the venue. You may use it for your air ticket, parking, Uber/Lyft, or your own drive. A guideline on how to request a reimbursement will be emailed to you shortly after the event.
