Dr. Minn is an assistant professor of Radiology and Radiological Science and an associate member of the Institute for the NanoBioTechnology at Johns Hopkins University. Dr. Minn received a bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from Hanyang University and a master’s degree in Biotechnology from Korea Advanced Institutes of Science and Technology, South Korea. He holds a Ph.D. degree in Biochemistry, Microbiology, and Molecular Biology from the Pennsylvania State University. Dr. Minn completed his postdoctoral fellowship at Johns Hopkins University where he started to study the biology of cancer. Dr. Minn's main research interest is to develop molecular theranostics agents for human cancer and other diseases using multiple disciplines including synthetic biology, molecular imaging, and nanotechnology. Dr. Minn served Korean American Scientists and Engineers association (KSEA) as multiple roles including the 3rd STEP-UP chair and 51st executive director.
